Refund Policy

At The Flourishing Retiree, we strive to provide meaningful and high-quality services that support your journey toward a purposeful retirement. Because our offerings are primarily digital and service-based, we’ve created the following refund guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness.
Key Elements
Digital Products & Downloads (Self-Serve Tools, Coaching Materials, PDFs)
All purchases of digital products, downloadable guides, self-assessment materials, or access to the Existential Vitality Index™ (EVI) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all sales are considered final once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
Coaching Sessions & Consultations
We understand that life happens. If you’ve scheduled a one-on-one session:

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time as a courtesy.

No-shows (without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Workshops & Group Seminars
For paid events (virtual or in-person):

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled seminar.

Cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for missed attendance.
